Vida has created a range of classes, from 1:1, small group, mixed ability through to experienced and original repertoire classes. Exercises include personalised layering, focusing on helping you live optimally in your body.

Tash’s classes are welcome to all, whether you’re new to Pilates or wanting to build on your practice. Every exercise can be adapted to suit different levels of experience.

Emma’s practice focuses on the core Pilates principles: core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility to support a healthy back and body.

Yoga with Emma Cayless
Working in a predominantly Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga style, Emma’s classes incorporate a strong element of flowing from posture to posture. Classes are designed to improve physical fitness, while balancing the nervous system and encouraging a deeper sense of connection between mind and body.

Karen teaches the art of Viniyoga, which refers to the application of Yoga to the individual - meeting you where you are, at this stage of your life and whatever is going on for you right now.

Pause is a monthly place to find space; to rest, release and restore, through Breathwork, quiet contemplation and connection with others.
Pause is an immersive space created to encourage the body to slow down, including guided Breathwork techniques to move from a busy thinking mind to a place of clarity.
