Emma’s practice focuses on the core Pilates principles:
Core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility to help enhance a deeper Pilates practice, support a healthy back and body and gain a deeper understanding of Pilates.
You will be challenged and worked from top to toe, no matter what level you are at, and leave feeling restored and balanced.
