This is an invitation to Pause. This is a space to slow down, to be with yourself exactly where you are.

Pause is an immersive space created to encourage the body to slow down, including guided Breathwork techniques to move from a busy thinking mind to a place of clarity.

At the heart of this Pause is a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

Rebecca is a Mentor, Circle Leader and Teacher, a Reiki Master and a Double Certified Conscious Connected Breathwork Practitioner. 

A lifetime creator of immersive spaces, through many years of working in the creative arts; Rebecca’s work has always reflected her passion for ritual, storytelling, history and indigenous culture. 

Rebecca is a core member of the Seven Directions Breathwork Training team and combines a deep commitment to personal development with continuous professional development and years of experience holding compassionate, trauma informed space.

Life moves pretty fast. Is the tension and tiredness we feel in our bodies the lack of time to reflect, to celebrate, to release the old and to make space for the new?

Pause is a monthly space to do just that. To notice where we are at in the moment. To ask ourselves ‘how am I?’ to reflect on what is nourishing us, inspiring us or holding us back. To celebrate and to release. To listen, and to share. In community with one another. 

You will have time to notice what your bodies are telling you. There will be space to contemplate or journal; And finally, you will be guided through a powerful Connected Breathwork journey that is an invitation to transformation, relaxation, and greater self-awareness.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

It is a circular breathing pattern, which means breathing continuously, though an open mouth for 30-40 minutes, to music. We lie down, with eyes closed or wearing an eye mask.

Why would we do this?

Breathwork will significantly help you to develop your relationship with your emotional landscape, your body, and help to regulate your nervous system.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is also a route to safely processing and integrating old stories or emotions that you may be carrying. To release tension and stress, and to find clarity and peace.

It is a powerful and dynamic practice that can bring clarity and insight, many experience bliss, peace and become more open to joy.

Please note that there are certain elements of your medical history that would affect how I invite you to use your breath in our session. Please do let me know if you have a relationship with any of the following:

Heart conditions or arrhythmia, COPD or pre-existing lung conditions, delicate and/or first trimester pregnancy, high blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting history, Schizophrenia, unmedicated bipolar or psychosis, unmanaged PTSD, epilepsy or seizures, severe asthma, glaucoma and/or detached retina, severe osteoporosis, or recent major surgery.
