Yoga with Emma Cayless

Working in a predominantly Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga style, Emma’s classes incorporate a strong element of flowing from posture to posture to encourage increased flexibility, whilst still paying close attention to alignment principles, breathing technique and building muscular strength.

Classes are designed to improve overall physical fitness, alongside balancing the nervous system and encouraging a deeper sense of connection between the mind and body, helping to reduce stress.

Emma loves to challenge her students to try more advanced postures within a safe and supportive framework.
