1:1 and 2:1 sessions
These hour-long sessions focus on you in the greatest of detail, offering exercises and somatic connections with the aim of helping you live optimally in your body.
1:1 - £45 per session, or buy a package of 5 for £215 or package of 10 for £425
2:1 - £50 per session, or buy a package of 5 for £240 or package of 10 for £475
Small group
These classes are 3 maximum per class. Great for those that want a class atmosphere but a lot of personal attention.
Small mat groups of 3 people maximum - £16 per session, bought in terms.
Mixed ability
These classes are open to all levels of experience. The classes are small, with no more than 8 people so that I can give everyone attention, variations, and individual cues. Exercises are layered, detailed, and challenges are personalised.

Experienced
This class offers more advanced work with opportunities to add load and pace while working deeply. Layering and detail are always at the heart of my classes.

Original repertoire focus class
This class is for those with experience who have a strong grasp of all the Pilates fundamentals – centring, flow, precision, control, breath and concentration. Along with a solid self-awareness to work optimally for them. The class is loaded, higher paced and will offer a range of layering to increase or decrease the intensity. We work through several of the original repertoire on the mat throughout class.

Payment is required in order to book your space.
48 hours’ cancellation notice is required in order to receive a full refund, or to transfer the fee to another booking.
Classes
All class bookings are in terms and must be paid in order to confirm your booking. Your place may be given away if a payment is not received before the start of term or in the renewals week.
48 hours’ notice of an absence to qualify for a Catch Up - these can be taken in any group class running at the studio, subject to availability. You are responsible for contacting the teachers to enquire about spaces to catch up.
